North Branford Named New Athletic Director: Report

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — Cliff Yerkes, who works as a teacher at North Branford High School, will be named the school's new athletic director, the Guilford Courier reports. Yerkes, who lives in Guilford, told the Courier that he's very excited about the new position, especially because of how great the students are at North Branford High.

Yerkes was a sports star at Guilford High School. He has coached several sports beginning with lacrosse, and he has also coached soccer and basketball. He will assume the athletic director duties in January.
