When did your business open?

July 23, 2017

How did you come up with the name?

We came up with our name after lots of brainstorming. Our story is listed on our website!

Why start a business in this town?

Stephani is a resident of North Branford, and we felt that our small town needed a place for people to come for handmade items such a gifts or things for their homes. We also needed a place for local artisans to be able to show and sell their creativity and talent.

What business are you in?

Our business features items made in Connecticut, everything from cards, to candles, to coffee mugs, to clothing and furniture. We have it all. It's a great place to shop for gifts.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced starting a new business?

The biggest challenge has been being seen in the plaza because we are set back and people say we always look closed.

What’s one highlight you've had since opening?

our grand opening has been a highlight for us, as well as being named on News 8's Destination Location

How does your business give back to the community?

We do our best our best to give back and now that we have our ‘unWINEd’ Custom Wood + Paint Patties, we offer fundraisers. Starting Oct. 21, we will be collecting non perishable food items through November to donate to the North Branford food pantry for the holiday season.

We will be having an event Saturday, Oct. 21, “Shop Small with Country’s 92.5’s Cory Myers.” All info is on our Facebook page.
