Raeschelle Irene Michaud, 50, of Glenmore Drive, East Haven, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane (multi-lane highway) at 10:01 p.m. on July 16. Her court date was set for July 24. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons

Alexander J. Alberdi, 24, of Nicoll Street, New Haven, was charged with operating/ towing an unregistered motor vehicle, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with 1/2 ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or <4 ounces marijuana at 4:28 p.m. on July 16. His court date was set for July 26. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons
