Frank T. Baldo, 25, of North Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation at 2:22 a.m. on June 16. His court date was set for June 17. Arresting officer: T. Pacelli

Gary A. Tamulevich, 40, of Reeds Gap Road, Northford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 10:50 a.m. on June 18. His court date was set for June 26. Arresting officer: R. Deko
