Here's a look at the breakdown of the NBPD's calls for the month of February as well as staff recognition.

Throughout the month of February, the North Branford Police Department responded to 735 incidents. The breakdown of incidents is listed below.Â
- 34 motor vehicle accidents
- 3 motor vehicle accidents with injuries
- 84 motor vehicle stops
- 43 motor vehicle written warnings
- 46 motor vehicle citations/summons
- 3 DUI arrests
- 62 commercial and residential alarms, 62 false
- 20 criminal arrests
- 1 juvenile arrest
During the month of February, the NBPD's Detective Bureau was assigned 11 cases. Two were closed, leaving 12 open with 297 man hours utilized throughout the month "consisting of criminal investigations, report preparation, court, warrant service and other duties."

Justin Infantino, a dispatcher, successfully completed the "Communications Center Supervisor" course through the Public Safety Group on Feb. 6.
