North Branford Police Have New Lieutenant
To fill vacancy North Branford police have promoted sergeant to lieutenant position.
NORTH BRANFORD, CT - Police Sergeant Cort Sperry is now Lt. Sperry as his promotion has been approved by the Board of Police Commissioners.
Sperry was selected for the open position, unanimously, after a series of interviews.
Sperry, last year, was named a "Shoreline Hero” for the work he does in the community.

The police department has undergone a series of retirements, resignations and promotions in recent months - including the recent appointment of Kevin Halloran, former Branford police chief, as North Branford’s new top cop.
Sperry begins his new duties immediately.
