Ronald Harold Pakutka, 50, of 11 Paul Avenue, West Haven, charged December 17th with criminal mischief 3rd degree, falsely reporting an incident 2nd degree.

Mark J. Cerrone, 43, of 266 Ocean Avenue, West Haven, charged December 21st with threatening.
