Arrested were:
Cynthia L. Randolph, 60, of 1571 Middletown Avenue, Northford, charged January 28th with operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, operating with registration/license under spending/revoked.

Sarah Anne Minucci, 23, of 70 Hotchkiss Road, East Haven, charged February 1st with operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance.
Prince Brooks, 23, of 17 Lettney Place, West Haven, charged February 1st with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.
