Timothy A. Davidovich, 20, of North Chestnut Hill, Killingworth, was charged with unsafe tires and possession of alcohol by a minor on public street or highway at 9:18 a.m. on April 15. His court date was set for April 26. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons

David S. Bowes, 47, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was charged with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance/minimum required, operation with registration/license suspended/revoked, operation under the influence, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 11:25 a.m. on April 15. His court date was set for April 26. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons
