Police Blotter: April 17 to 23, 2013
The following arrest information was supplied by the North Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Joseph Matthew Osterberg, 25, of Buck Street, Newington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and threatening at 3:10 p.m. on April 17. His court date was set for May 1. Arresting officer: J. Lovelace
Christopher M. Carboni, 21, of Meadowbrook Drive, North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 10:15 a.m. on April 18. His court date was set for April 19. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons
Thomas W. Mintell, 51, was charged with operation while under the influence at 2:15 p.m. on April 21. His court date was set for April 30. Arresting officer: D. Sheehan
Justin R. Hatch, 18, of Piscitello Drive, Branford, was cahrged with failure to wear seat belt (front seat) and unsafe movement from a stopped, standing or parked vehicle at 5:12 p.m. on April 21. His court date was set for May 3. Arresting officer: J. Lovelace
