Archie Bailey, 69, of Mill Road, Guilford, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle at 11:15 a.m. on April 26. His court date was set for May 9. Arresting officer: M. Flanagan

Lisa R. Cimino, 43, of Foxon Road, North Branford, was charged with vilation of probation or conditional discharge, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear at 10:30 a.m. on April 26. Her court date was set for May 7. Arresting officer: D. Sheehan
