Chad C. Martin, 27, of Pine Rock Avenue, Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:16 p.m. on March 17. His court date was set for April 1. Arresting officer: J. Lovelace

Exsell M. Negron, 23, of Brook Lane, North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:16 p.m. on March 17. His court date was set for April 1. Arresting officer: J. Lovelace

Rachael A. Johson, 29, of Mopsic Street, Norwich, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) and operation while under the influence at 1:59 a.m. on March 18. Her court date was set for March 27. Arresting officer:  B. Hannon
