Stephen R. Sarmento, 20, of Ruta Drive, Northford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway), use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with < ½ ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces of marijuana at 12:42 a.m. on March 23. His court date was set for April 5. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons

Michael Anthony Giano, 24, of Gould Lane, Branford, was charged with no insurance/minimum required, operation with registration/ license suspended or revoked and possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces marijuana at 6:19 p.m. on March 23. His court date was set for April 5. Arresting officer: C. Miserendino

Andrew Mark Bozzutto, 19, of Lanes Road, Northford, was charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with < ½ ounce cannabis, possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1:50 a.m. on March 24. His court date was set for April 5. Arresting officer: M. Bernardo

Bernard Cermola, 18, address not listed, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1:50 a.m. on March 24. His court date was set for April 5. Arresting officer: M. Bernardo
