Peter Struk, 20, of Sunnyside Drive, Northford, was charged with no insurance/minimum requirement, operation while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) at 6:21 p.m. on March 10. Arresting officer: Lovelace

Marie H. Bolduc, 23, of Middletown Avenue, Northford, was charged with risk of injury and third-degree assault at 7:43 p.m. on March 10. Arresting officer: Bernardo
