Emergency Alert System Tests: Your Feedback Needed
North Branford will test its automated emergency alert systems on Monday and Tuesday and your feedback is needed.

Throughout the blizzard, several residents reported not receiving the town's automated emergency alert phone calls. Interim Town Manager logged the problem with Everbridge and shared a report on the system in her March 1 weekly report.Â
Over the next two days, the Town of North Branford will test its automated emergency alert system at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 1 and again at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2.Â
According to the announcement posted by Anthony Esposito, "These tests are being done to verify the performance of both products and will dictate which system the Town will use going forward during emergencies."
Esposito noted the importance of listening to the entire message and responding to the prompts to verify delivery of the message.Â
