Town Manager Therrien's Weekly Report: March 29, 2013

North Branford's interim town manager, Bonnie Therrien, shares the weekly report for the week ending March 29, 2013.

Some highlights from the report include:

• Town meetings this week include Economic Development Commission and Agricultural Commission on Monday, April 1; the budget public hearing and Town Council meeting on Tuesday, April 2; a budget workshop on Wednesday, April 3; and Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 4.
• Wall Field restrooms were being installed on March 28.
• Woodworking classes at the high school will be constructing recreational signage.

• Results of the Amusement Rides and Fireworks bids for the 2013 Potato and Corn Festival
• New Haven Books of Facts information on North Branford
• A "thank you" from Ann Kucenski to Public Works employee Dan Pond for his efforts during a recent storm.

Therrien was named North Branford's interim town manager at the July 10 Town Council meeting after the town made an "amicable split" with former town manager Richard Branigan.
