Want to Play Sports at North Branford High School? It'll Cost You
Students will have to pony up to play starting this fall.
NORTH BRANFORD, CT — Students planning to play sports at North Branford High School beginning this fall will have to pay a fee of $75, a move by the district reportedly due to budget cuts.
Some parents and students are not happy about the fee, especially because all will have to pay regardless of playing time, writes WTNH-TV.
The money reportedly will go toward sports equipment, but some say coming up with the money will be difficult for some students.
