1 Killed In Crash In North Haven: Police
One person died and two others were injured in a crash early New Year's Day in North Haven, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — One man died and two others were injured in a crash early Friday morning in North Haven, according to police.
The crash happened around 1:40 a.m. in the area of 34 Clintonville Road (Route 22) and involved two vehicles, according to police.
Two people from one vehicle were taken to Yale’s St. Raphael campus with injuries that weren’t life-threatening, police said.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 54-year-old man, was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital and died several hours later from his injuries, according to police.
