74th Annual North Haven Fair Coming In September

For the weekend of Sept. 8 through Sept. 11, the 74th annual North Haven Fair will be hosted on Washington Avenue, or Route 5, and can be found by following the signs for the fair, according to the event’s website.

Advertised as an educational event, the fair will offer exhibits, contests, events, shopping and more to promote agriculture, love of animals and rural homes alongside the beauty of the New England hillsides, the website says.

The four-day fair’s overall schedule is as follows:

• Thursday September 8th 5pm – 10pm
• Friday September 9th 3pm – 11pm
• Saturday September 10th 10am – 11pm
• Sunday September 11th 10am – 7pm

Folks can take in all the shows and entertainment with the purchase of a general admission ticket and another bonus--parking is free.

On Thursday, Sept. 8, general admission is $5; Friday-Sunday, admission is $10 for adults and kids 12 and under are free. On Sunday, seniors ages 65 and up pay $5 for admission.
