NORTH HAVEN, CT — An auto repair shop in North Haven has been sold for $570,000, realtors announced this week. Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and Chair of Pearce Real Estate, announced that Jamie Cuzzocreo, a Commercial Sales Associate in the North Haven office, has closed on the sale of 25 Stiles Lane in North Haven for $570,000.
Both the seller, AUTO LLC, and the buyer, 25 STILES LANE LLC, were represented by Jamie Cuzzocreo of H. Pearce Commercial.
The location is home to a 4,792-square-foot auto repair shop situated on .63 acres with prime access to Route 5, CT-40 and I-91. The business plans to continue operations at the location, according to Pearce.
