Pearce Commercial, recently brokered a lease for 4,500 square feet at 355 Sackett Point Road in North Haven CT. This is a long-term lease with Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC. Melillo represented both the landlord, 355 Sackett Point Road LLC, and the tenant.

Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC is part of The Clean Focus group which originates, develops, finances, constructs, owns, and operates renewable energy projects in the United States, Taiwan, and China. This is one of three North American offices.
