Daytime Gardeners Share Information at North Haven Fair

The Daytime Gardeners enjoyed the opportunity present a display table at the North Haven Fair and to share information with others. People visiting the fair stopped to learn more about the club’s activities and to ask questions about their own vegetable and flower gardens. There was interest in the praying mantis egg pod and the use of praying mantis in gardens to help control pesky insects. This will be the topic for the next Daytime Gardeners meeting on September 24, 2019, which is open to the public. Please call 203-239-1557 for more information and to register for the meeting.
