Daytime Gardeners visit Osbourne Homestead Museum & Gardens

The Daytime Gardeners had perfect weather to visit the Osbourne Homestead Museum and gardens, a fascinating Colonial Revival home (1850) located in Derby a short drive from the Housatonic River. Members enjoyed seeing the interior of the historic home, the formal gardens, and the more casual rock garden. After the guided tour of the home and grounds, the members gathered to have lunch together along the nearby Housatonic River.
