Distributor Signs Multi-Year Lease In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A marble distributor has signed a multi-year lease in North Haven, realtors recently announced. Dave Melillo, Senior Commercial Associate with the Pearce Commercial North Haven office, has secured a multi-year lease for 355 Sackett Point Rd in North Haven, Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release.

The 1,525 square-foot warehouse space in the Taft Park Industrial Condominiums will be used by the new tenant, City Home, LLC, a marble distributor, according to the press release. Melillo represented the landlord, 355 Sackett Point Road, LLC.
