For the weekend of Sept. 10 through Sept. 13, the 73rd annual North Haven Fair will be hosted on Washington Avenue, or Route 5, and can be found by following the signs for the fair, according to the event’s website.
Advertised as an educational event, the fair will offer exhibits, contests, events, shopping and more to promote agriculture, love of animals and rural homes alongside the beauty of the New England hillsides, the website says.
The four-day fair’s overall schedule is as follows:

- Thursday, Sept. 10 from 5 to 10 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 11 from 3 to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 13 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday general admission is reduced to $5, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday general admission is $10, the website says. Children under 12 are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult. Seniors receive a discount Sunday and are admitted for $5.
On-site parking is available for free, the website says.
