GoFundMe Page Launched to 'Help Save Hunter's Wheels!'
The family of Hunter Pageau, 9, is faced with several thousand dollars worth of repairs to fix his medical van that recently broke down.

A GoFundMe page has been launched to help the family of Hunter Pageau raise the necessary funds to fix his medical van broke, which recently broke down.
The family is faced with close to $7,000 in mandatory repairs to get the van up and running. The van is customized for Hunter’s individualized medical needs and he has essentially been without transportation and unable to leave home the past few weeks.
Hunter, 9, is battling the extremely rare disease SMARD (Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress).

Kat Gahwyler Kessler created the GoFundMe page and wrote that they are “humbly asking for your help with SAVING HUNTER’S WHEELS!”

Thank you for working together as a loving community to get Hunter up and out in the world again, along with doing all we can to give him a head start with this medical van fund for future van breakdowns which costs thousands of dollars, in the hopes that Hunter will not have to endure such isolation and heartbreak again, and he can live the life he deserves.
