Industrial Building Sold In North Haven

The building and grounds will be completely renovated, according to the realtors.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The former home of New Haven Body on State Street in North Haven has been sold. Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release that Phil Barber of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, has completed the sale of 395 State Street in North Haven. New Haven Body has relocated to 89 Stoddard Avenue in North Haven.

The 395 State Street property is an 18,000 square foot industrial building on 2 acres that was sold to Trilot 7 Enterprises, which operates Nelson Ambulance, Access Ambulance, Connecticut Handivan, Nelcon Towing And Recovery, and The Limo Group. Barber represented the buyer and also the seller, Funaro Realty.

The building and grounds will be completely renovated and will become a showplace on State Street, according to the press release.
