Letter: Fasano Endorses Cicarella In 34th State Senate District

To the Editor:

It has been an honor to serve the 34th Senate District for so many years. It was a difficult decision to retire as your state senator, but one made much easier seeing Paul Cicarella become a candidate to represent our great district in Hartford.

Paul Cicarella has my full support in running for state senate. He is the most capable, hardworking and passionate candidate to represent our community. He is a hardworking father, small business owner, coach and community volunteer who has the energy and the vision we need to improve our state and make sure the needs of people in our district are heard loud and clear. He will be an unparalleled champion and voice for us all in Hartford.

What has impressed me most about Paul is his commitment to listen to all people so that he can best advocate for their needs. Paul grew up in East Haven and is raising his family in North Haven. He's a youth sports coach, a former law enforcement officer and an active community member. Paul loves our state, but he also knows much needs to be done to make Connecticut an even better, more affordable place to live, work and raise a family.

I know Paul will continue our fight for common sense solutions to protect the most vulnerable including seniors, to make education and health care a priority, and to encourage job growth by reducing burdens on small businesses.

Paul represents the next generation of leadership. At this critical time for our state, it is more important than ever to elect leaders who are not afraid to stand up against harmful policies and put forward bold solutions.

Paul Cicarella will do an incredible job serving our community and fighting for a brighter future. I encourage everyone to vote for Paul!"
