Light-Industrial Property Sold In North Haven

The property will become the new home of a landscaping and snow removal company in North Haven, realtors announced on Wednesday.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The former home of the Homeless Carriage automotive business will become the new home of a landscaping and snow removal company in North Haven, realtors announced on Wednesday. The property, located at 81 Old Broadway West in North Haven, has been sold, according to a press release from Pearce Real Estate.

The seller was Louis Giangola and the buyer was Nicholas Iwanec. Chris Nolan, Senior Commercial Associate of the North Haven Pearce Commercial Real Estate office, represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

The light-industrial zoned property is 4,300 square feet in three separate facilities on 0.78 acres.

“For many years it was home to the Horseless Carriage automotive business,” according to the press release. “After improvements are completed, the property will be the new home to Nick’s Lawn Service, LLC, a full-service commercial and residential landscaping and snow removal company, presently located in North Haven.”
