Man Seen Walking Through Back Yards Arrested: North Haven Police
The man, who initially gave officers a fake name, was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Meriden, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Meriden man was arrested Monday after he was seen walking through several back yards in North Haven, according to police.
The man, identified as Tucker Thorpe, initially gave officers a fake name and was found to have an arrest warrant out of Meriden, police said.
Police responded to the area of Rimmon Road and Patten Road on the report of a white man wearing a red shirt and shorts walking through several back yard and woods. The man then ran from officers and was later found near the All Saints Cemetery, according to police.

Thorpe, who initially gave a fake name, told police he was simply going for a walk.
Thorpe, 39, was charged with simple trespass, criminal impersonation and interfering with police. He was then transferred over to the Meriden Police Department for the outstanding warrant, according to police.
