MC From The Bench - Peyton Davis Reaches 100 Hits

North Haven's Peyton Davis made her 100th career hit against East Haven earlier this month. Davis, who is a Co- Captain of North Haven's softball team along with Olivia Petersen, has been playing softball since grade school. When I caught up to her this week I asked her about reaching this milestone.

"It's awesome, my parents wouldn't tell me how close I was until 2 days before the East Haven game. I can't believe it and I am so happy but we have a lot of work to do still, SCC's and States."

Davis will be playing volleyball and softball for Albertus Magnus College in the fall. "I can't wait to start college, but we (North Haven) are focused on whats ahead of us and our goals."

North Haven's final regular season game is May 16 at home vs Staples at 7pm.
