Nature Created a Crystal Masterpiece
Mother Nature created a crystal masterpiece when the snow turned to ice during last week’s storm. The Daytime Gardener’s maintain the Reading Library and associated gardens at the North Haven Memorial Library. During the winter there is not a lot of upkeep or need to decorate other than with the winter evergreen swags that are on the iron railings. However, the trees and shrubs became a crystal garden when the sun began to shine after the storm. Due to the very cold temperatures, the ice lasted for several days.
