New Store Features Plenty Of Bargains In North Haven
Bargain Basement, a new liquidation company, is run by a group of friends who grew up in North Haven.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A new business in North Haven doesn’t have any paid employees, but it features plenty of discounted items, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports Bargain Basement, which recently opened in the Washington Commons shopping plaza on Washington Avenue, is owned by Faraz Khan and run by a group of friends who grew up in North Haven.
The store is open by appointment or online only during the coronavirus pandemic, according to the Register.

“We are liquidators who buy name-brand bulk goods from famous big brand stores and resell these at competitive and heavily discounted prices,” reads a description on Bargain Basement’s Facebook page. “Our merchandise includes tools, home goods, collectibles, electronics, clothing, handbags/ accessories, etc.”
