North Haven Baby Goes Home After 10 Months In Hospital: Report

The 10-month-old girl, who was born at 26 weeks, recently went home after spending nearly 300 days in the hospital fighting for her life.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A 10-month-old girl recently went home to North Haven after spending nearly 300 days at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital fighting for her life, according to WTNH News 8.

WTNH reports Ari Williams was born at 26 weeks, weighing a little more than 1 pound, and has faced numerous obstacles including brain bleeds, kidney problems and meningitis.

Through it all, parents Andre and Taryn have remained positive and are celebrating finally bringing their little girl home, according to WTNH. Ari faces more surgeries, therapy and training in the days ahead.
