North Haven Commercial Building Gets New Owner

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The office and industrial building at 12 Corporate Drive has been sold for $850,000, Levey Miller Maretz announced in a press release.

Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller in the deal, in which Onyx Connecticut LLC bought the property from Ramdor Associates LLC. The building, which is 30,600 square feet, is zoned for office and light industrial use.

Jeff Dow of Dow Realty Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.
