North Haven LongHorn Steakhouse Manager Receives Top Honor
She was one of only seven people from the more than 515 service managers nationwide to receive the restaurant chain's top leadership honor.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Beth Ferencz, a service manager at the LongHorn Steakhouse in North Haven, was recently honored with the restaurant chain’s “Manager of the Year” award. She was selected by senior leadership as one of the seven recipients from the more than 515 service managers nationwide, making this a truly outstanding honor, officials said.
The award recognizes managers who have a passion for providing quality service and show commitment to developing team members.
“Beth is an integral part of our management team,” said Michael Theriault, managing partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse in North Haven. “She is a dedicated leader who shows a strong commitment to helping our team provide a quality dining experience for our guests.”

Ferencz was named “Manager of the Year” as a result of her strong leadership and her consistent focus on superior guest experiences.
