North Haven Nurse Disciplined By State: Report

The state Board of Examiners for Nursing recently disciplined several nurses for various violations, according to the CT Health I-Team.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The state Board of Examiners for Nursing recently disciplined several nurses, including a nurse from North Haven, for various violations, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.

Bonnie Phillips of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports the RN license of William Meister was placed on four years’ probation for “diverting propofol for his personal use while working at Middlesex Hospital, and for using propofol and alcohol to excess in 2018.” Meister, of North Haven, voluntarily surrendered his RN license this month.
