NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 17, Jill Pluta, of North Haven, purchased a 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket from North Haven Petro LLC and won $10,000.
