Project To Close Lanes On I-91 In North Haven
A bridge maintenance project will cause lane closures on parts of I-91 in North Haven, state transportation officials announced.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A bridge maintenance project will cause lane closures on parts of I-91 in North Haven and Wallingford through July 17, state transportation officials announced this week.
The project consists of asphaltic joint repairs to the I-91 northbound and south bridge over Amtrak, over Route 5 over Amtrak, and over Pond Hill Road in North Haven and Wallingford, according to a news release from the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
The work is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2020 bridge maintenance program to support state forces with bridge repairs and is being performed by Dynamic Surface Applications.

LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on I-91 North and South between Exit 11 (Rt.22) and Exit 14 (Woodhouse Ave.) in North Haven and Wallingford. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday mornings through Friday evenings).
