Daytime Gardeners of North Haven conducted a workshop to create small bouquets for seniors at the Temple Pines residential facility on Pool Road. Using flowers, shrub and tree blossoms gathered from their own yards and gardens, the club members made about 30 small bouquets by repurposing mugs and cups. The project was a lot of fun for members, and the bouquets were immediately delivered to Temple Pines. Anne MeKeon, Administrator of Parkside & Temple Pines of North Haven Housing Authority, was delighted to receive the bouquets that will be delivered to residents.
