School Reopens After Investigation In North Haven: Police

The school and surrounding area had been closed while police investigated "suspicious activity," according to officials.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Aces School in North Haven has reopened after a "suspicious incident" was investigated, police said in an update.

"There is no threat or concern to the school or neighborhood," police wrote in a post on Twitter.

Police are advising motorists to avoid the area around the school at 88 Bassett Rd.

“There are no injuries and the area around the school has been closed out of precaution,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Further updates will follow. Thank you.”
