Unlocked Vehicle Stolen In North Haven: Police
The vehicle was stolen in broad daylight on Friday afternoon, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — An unlocked vehicle was stolen in broad daylight Friday afternoon in North Haven, according to police.
The vehicle was stolen by two men around 3 p.m. on the west side of town, police said. The vehicle was left unlocked with the key fob inside it.
North Haven police worked with the owner to track an electronic device that was still inside the vehicle.

The vehicle was found about an hour later, unoccupied, on Eastern Street in New Haven, according to police.
“We wish to remind everyone while it is never the victim to blame, please do your part and secure your belongings and always lock your vehicle,” police wrote in a post on Facebook.
