Norwalk, CT – October 25, 2019 – Building and Land Technology (BLT) today announced the completion of its second phase of development at North Seven in Norwalk, CT with the official opening of its second apartment building in the luxury rental community at The Curb. An open house will run from Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

Underscoring BLT’s commitment to cultivating and sustaining communities, the new building at The Curb at North Seven is located in the heart of Norwalk and enables residents to craft their own unique personal and professional experiences. The 232 residential units include floorplans with wood finish plank flooring throughout, as well as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, full-size washer and dryer, river views and private balconies. The space also introduces “Workspace at the Curb,” a flexible and short-term coworking solution, featuring private offices and conference rooms to help businesses grow. Residents also benefit from the convenient access North Seven affords to the Norwalk River Valley Trail, major transit (Interstate 95, the Merritt Parkway and Metro-North), fine dining, entertainment and retail, including The SoNo Collection, a new luxury mall with more than 90 stores and restaurants.

“This latest opening at The Curb’s bustling community at North Seven offers residents the opportunity to thrive in this blossoming ecosystem and enjoy impeccably designed apartment units and high-end modern amenities, all within a convenient location,” said Carl Kuehner III, Chairman of BLT. “We’re excited for our new versatile coworking space, which serves as a natural extension to the many offerings at The Curb. It creates a true urban living environment for businesses to have the opportunity to occupy office space with flexible terms in this growing community.”

The Curb, which opened its first building in the luxury community in January, offers residents amenities including a sundeck with resort-style pool and grills, outdoor games and firepits, a dog park, running and walking trail, complimentary common area Wi-Fi, resident lounge and fitness center with on-demand workout classes. A 24/7 Package Concierge “locker system” is available for residents to retrieve their packages with ease. The Curb offers both pet-friendly and pet-free living environments.
