Norwalk Commercial Property Sells For $1.95 Million

A Connecticut-based commercial real estate firm has announced the sale of a large retail/warehouse building in Norwalk​ for $1.95 million​.

NORWALK, CT — Southport-based commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial L.L.C. announced Thursday the sale of 173 Main Street, a 17,500 rentable-square-foot retail/warehouse building in Norwalk, for $1.95 million. The sale was handled by two of its senior brokers..

Senior Vice President Lester Fradkoff represented seller Brandman Realty LP, and CCIM Senior Vice President Brett A. Sherman represented buyer Servpro, according to a release.

"We brought both parties together and executed a deal before the property even made it to the market," Fradkoff said in a release.

“Servpro will be occupying the entire building and consolidating their Stamford and Bridgeport locations,” Sherman said in a release.

Servpro is a franchiser of fire and water cleanup and restoration franchises in the United States and Canada. The franchise system provides localized services as well as large-scale disaster recovery. With over 1,700 franchises nationwide, Servpro is a leader in the restoration industry.
