NORWICH, CT — A fatal tractor-trailer accident has closed down I-395 southbound Monday afternoon, according to NBC Connecticut. The highway is closed at exit 14 and one lane on the northbound side is also closed.
The accident happened near exit 11. The road is expected to be closed down for several hours, according to NBC.
