Man, 22, Charged With Murder In Domestic-Related Stabbing: Report
Police charged Jeffery Stovall, 22, of 31 Sandy Lane with murder. Police say he stabbed Jason Beck, 33, to death Saturday.
NORWICH, CT — The Day reported that Norwich Police charged Jeffery Stoval, 22, of 31 Sandy Lane with murder. Police charge he stabbed Jason Beck, 33, to death Saturday, according to the report.
Beck lived at the same address.
The paper reported that police were called to the Sandy Lane residence for an assault and said Stovall stabbed Beck a number of times during a domestic incident.

Beck was brought to the William W. Backus Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival, it was reported.
Stovall was charged Sunday with murder and criminal violation of a protective order.

Court records show that Stovall was charged by Watertown Police with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct in August and was released on a promise to appear. Court documents show his re-arrest was ordered in November of 2019.
