West Haven resident hits for $100k on scratch-off ticket.
NORWICH, CT - A West Haven resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwich earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 11, Anna Coleman, of West Haven, purchased a Cash5 ticket from the Sunshine Farms Mini Market in Norwich and won $100,000.
