Norwich Community Development President Believed Dead: Report
Authorities believe they have found the body of Jason Vincent in West Virginia.
NORWICH, CT — Authorities said they have found the body of a man fitting the description of Jason Vincent, president of the Norwich Community Development Corp., in West Virginia, WFSB reported. Vincent has been missing since at least Friday, according to The Day.
His car was found at New River Gorge National Park in West Virginia on Wednesday. Authorities recovered the body in the New River on Monday.
Foul play is not expected and Vincent's family has been notified, WFSB reported.

Vincent had not responded to numerous calls and text message by Norwich officials since they learned of his disappearance Friday evening. Vincent has been leading the city's effort to help small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to The Day.
