Norwich Man Reported Missing; Police Ask For Help
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Norwich man.
NORWICH, CT — A Norwich man has been reported missing. Teofilo Vilchez, 69, was last seen Wednesday wearing a blue jacket, a gray sweater, jeans, and black dress shoes. He is 5'5" and weighs 146 lbs.
