NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 3, Narendra Patel, of Norwich, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from Gary's Wine & Spirits of Norwich and won $20,000.
